Reyn
Full/Real Name: Reyn [Sith-without-a-name ;D]
Looks:
Reyn has medium-length black hair that reaches his eyebrows and has brown eyes so dark that sometimes people may pass it as black instead. He has fair, smooth skin, very common for someone who had to stay inside for long period of time. He is considered to have medium height at 5’5” and a bit, however he is very flexible with his body and is pretty agile overall.
Personality:
Reyn’s personality remains to be an enigma. He likes to stay hidden, yet he would reveal himself to others. His personality is a big mess of contradictions.
Likes:
Knowledge, Lore, Mysteries, Secrets, Information, Holocrons, Experiments, Technologies
Dislikes:
Interruptions, Weakness, Power-hunger, non-courtesy people
History: [Must be one of the longest history of a RP character I had written… It spanned two pages!]
Reyn was the bastard of Lainder Dosur, leader of House Dosur, one of the many trade houses that flourished under the leadership of the Trade Federation. He grew up knowing not of love and companionship, but only taught of the importance of gaining profit and power. He has an aptitude to skills concerning technology and knowledge and with the resources at his command he was able to fully develop them.
Shortly before the beginning of the Clone War, there was an upheaval among members of House Dosur on whether to leave the federation or not. Reyn, unconcerned about the result did not join the ‘problems’ within the household. When Lainder fully controls the House again, all of his children had either left him or died in his hand… except Reyn.
Lainder wanted to kill off Reyn eventually until he had found a suitable heir for his House. Until then, Reyn shall be used as a back-up tool.
Reyn was no fool and he had been secretly developing his own mercantile house and his own connections within the core worlds and the three rims. His own organization had even started to consume some of the smaller houses without the Trade Federation’s detection.
At the battle of Geonosis, Reyn had taken necessary measures to steal each of the factions’ plans, maps and other information without alarming them, which he succeeded thanks to his network of spies and informants. At the end of the battle, Reyn had already left Geonosis with a whole pile of data and information, which he would later use against the Federation’s own troopers if forced to.
After that, he quickly hid all the information and schemas gathered and gave it to a certain person that he trusted.
His father, Lainder Dosur, was later killed at a battle with the Clones. His children came back for his fortune, and he let them take whatever they want as Reyn had already took the most important part of House Dosur’s many resources. For example, its intelligence network, among others.
During the execution of Order 66, Reyn had successfully infiltrated and escaped with the information from the Coruscant Jedi Temple prior to its destruction. With the information available to him, he was able to direct his forces with far greater efficiency. When he later found out his father was still, in fact, very alive, he took care of him himself, making sure that he is dead.
He later interacted with an unnamed Sith Lord’s holocron, and he was accepted as an apprentice of sort. With his vast intellect, resources and strong connection with the Force, he was able to excel at the art of the Dark Side, even as to re-establish the long-lost forbidden knowledge and mysteries of certain Sith Sorceries, Alchemies and Metallurgies.
It was not clear what he did during the era when the Empire reigns, but it was known that he had contact the Emperor more than once to expand his knowledge of the Dark Side. With the very power that fuelled him, he turned himself into a living testament of the power of Sith Alchemy. He turned himself immortal, but at the price of losing his memories.
With his memories lost, he even went further to complete his power and gather holocrons and sacred relics of the past. Knowledge is power, and he knew it. With the power in his hand he didn’t strike out at the Jedi or the rebellion. He merely watched it. After the fall of the Empire, Reyn quickly took over the empire’s intelligence and information system. He also had his spies and rogues infiltrate major science laboratories and research centres all over the galaxy, stealing artefacts and copying information whatever they could. It took years to accomplish but the return was so great that he needed time to analyze each and every piece of information.
During the New Jedi Order era, he had located the Great Holocron and he tampered with it – allowing it access without the knowledge of any archivist. How he did it was unknown. As he continued to stay in the dark, he made his first move when the Yuuzhan Vong invaded. He managed to capture a few warriors, even shapers and used them in his inhuman experiments.
It was too, during this time that had, by chance, obtained the Telos Holocron. With its help, he was able to strengthen his power even more. But with his strong resolve, he was able to learn from the Dark Side, yet keeping his sanity.
He later managed to, through new and lost technologies he had developed since he had access to the holocrons, obtain samples of certain individuals vital to his plans of stealth and intrigue. He obtained samples from important individuals and powerful creatures such as those from the Skywalker and Solo family, Kyp Durron, Tahiri Veila and even Mezhan Kwaad and the Voxyn Queen.
As the galaxy crumbled around him during the mid-phases of the war, he decided it would be best to interfere. A lone wolf, the sith-without-a-name travelled to Myrkr to destroy the Voxyn Queen himself, After all, a creature with such danger must be destroyed. However, instead of doing it himself, the New Jedi Order also made their move to destroy the Voxyn Queen. He stayed in the shadow as he witnessed Anakin Solo’s death… and the ripple of the Force.
He subsequently obtained more samples from Yuuzhan Vong and Jedis alike. He wanted to steal Anakin’s body as well, but his plan was foiled when he was detected by the Yuuzhan Vongs. He retreated, but not before obtaining more ‘detailed’ and ‘most updated samples’ as well. With his ability to fork out lightning and among other Force secrets, he easily forced the Yuuzhan Vong to retreat as he escaped.
At the conclusion of the war, he appeared once to Luke Skywalker, warning him of the impending rise of the Dark Side. His warning was of course, dismissed as he was attacked by the Jedi Master. Easily repelling him (We’re talking about a man(?) that lived for nearly a hundred years without aging…), he left but not before taunting the Solo twins and Tahiri about the secrets of the Force.
(Yes, I’m a sucker for the possible revival of Anakin Solo so that the prophesy may be complete. The Prophecy must go on!!! XD)
He was hunted by the New Jedi Order, but their efforts yielded little results as the sith-without-a-name waited in the dark.
Example RP:
The recent visit to Coruscant was short and unpleasant to say the least. It wasn't him on being too demanding, but it was the fact that there were so many species of creatures down there, all
thinking themselves of being safe. Their pride and self-destruction ways of living would one day be their own undoing.
Just like the Federation's.
Re-establishing connections with all of the still existing commerce factions in Coruscant was not only troublesome, it yielded little results. Most of them had no longer wanted to have anything to do with the Trade Federation. Worse, some had even threatened his arrival with harsh words and sticks. The federation was crumbling from the inside and it seemed like there was no longer any way for them to reduce the lost.
The black-haired adolescent mind drifted back and forth as he stood before a hologram in the ship's control room. The hologram was that of a fat and bald human, sitting on his jewel-studded chair. His eyes were tiny, a contrast of his big mouth. He was drinking fine wine as he gazed.
"I trust that you have persuaded House Kyshaak to re-establish the trade route?"
"I have failed you, father. House Kyshaak had refused to lift the embargo against the Trade Federation, just like those that are under the influence of the-"
"Reyn you fool!!!" The man shouted as he hurled his holographic glass of wine at his son. If he was there Reyn would no doubt feel the pain coming from the glass...and his fists and kicks.
"Why did I even send this bastard on this mission?!"
"Because your other sons and daughters had all betrayed you." He mumbled in his mind but dared not to voice out his opinion. Going against him now would be a bad move... His clenched fists slightly tightened behind his body.
